At loillioltrading, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to handling all returns, exchanges, and refunds fairly, in line with consumer legislation. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
30-Day Warranty & Free Replacement
All products come with a 30-day free replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
- If your order does not match the description, arrives damaged, or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will promptly repair, replace, or refund the product as per our inspection and your preference.
Order Cancellations
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- If you cancel your order before processing/shipping, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and transaction fees.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Returns or exchanges must be completed within 15 days.
- Return shipping will be free, and no restocking fees will be charged.
- We will repair, replace, or fully refund your item (including delivery costs).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging. Opened or used items (unless defective on arrival) cannot be refunded.
Other Returns
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- For returns not related to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Refund approval is subject to inspection by our quality control team.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 10–15 business days for refunds to process.
- If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or payment account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank for posting delays.
- If still unresolved, contact us directly.
Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable mail service when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
- Please mark returned packages as “gift” to avoid customs charges.
Termination Without Refund
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, without refund, if users:
- Violate our Terms & Conditions
- Engage in abusive or harmful behavior toward our staff, partners, or other users
Repeated violations may also result in a permanent ban and IP blocking.
